IWC Announces Ingenieur Double Chronograph Titanium
IWC’s Ingenieur family gains a rattrapante or split-seconds function with the launch of the new Double Chronograph (or Doppelchronograph in German) Titanium. The Double Chronograph case measures a substantial 45mm x 16mm and offers a satin finish. The caliber 79230 movement allows the “Doppel” to time multiple events. Find pricing and wallpaper inside. Outside, five screw heads on the bezel are DLC-coated to match the black rubber-coated push-buttons and crown protection. To keep weight and thickness in check, the soft-iron inner case has been omitted. The strap is rubber and the crystals are anti-reflective sapphire, coated on both sides. The back and crown screw in, and water-resistance is 12 bar or 120 meters.The subdials for hours, minutes and the small (hacking) seconds are recessed into the dial. Just a little update
I put this strap on my wifes Speedmaster for a while ago.It was maybe a little too white so now we will try this instead.Not bad IMHO.
