Bomberg 1968 Review
Most brands that seemingly come out of nowhere tend to take a subtle approach to their entry into the watch market. An ad here, a viral campaign there, but not usually a full on marketing assault. Well, Bomberg, whom we ran a brief intro to not long ago, appeared out of the void and isn't taking a back seat on building brand awareness. In Basel this year, though they were not in one of the official halls, Bomberg managed to obtain adverts all over the city, including a full wrap around some of the trams that lead from the main train station to the BaselWorld convention center. And with one look at their watches and marketing materials, which include aggressive maxims and photos of tattooed boxers, you can tell that subtlety is not in their brand DNA.Yet despite this go-for-the-jugular approach, Bomberg does not plan on being available in the US in the near future. Sending my 15400 for service
I called AP in Clearwater today as my 15400 is gaining about 2 minutes a week... they suggested that I send it in to be looked at. In the instructions, it says to bubble wrap the watch, not to send in the original watch box...Any suggestions on the best way to package it for service? Thanks guys
is omega poised to take over?
i am noticing that omega is continuously doing stuff to improve its watches and get more customers. they are in the right direction, improving movements, designs while keeping a reasonable price.but are they getting there? i mean is their progress moving fast enough?
16710 offered - 5 digit expert help needed
Hello, I am in the market for a pepsi / coke 16710. This is for me to wear and probably never ever sell, and complement my five digit sub. What do you think of this:https://.rolexforums/showthread.php?t=5750471) Does it matter there is no papers - it looks real2) the faded red of the pepsi - should I replace the part at RSC or just let it go pink?3) Will bid lower as I think you can get one with papers for that price. 4) anybody know the seller?
Batman
After saying I was not a fan of the Batman I saw one in the flesh and instantly fell in love. The LN is svelte and oozes class. The BLNR just has that something extra that makes it pop - I guess it must be the bezel The bezel is an amazing piece of work with its liquid colours which just flow into each other and alter depending on the strength of the light. Lovely watch and I think the nicest modern Rolex out there. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
