December Watch Winner Round-Up
During December 2010 you readers had the chance to win not one, but seven timepieces here on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer. I usually ask winners to give me images and a review of the watches, but given that there were a lot of winners for December, I thought it would just be nice to do a pictorial post with "wrist shots." One of the winners is missing as I didn't get shots from them yet - but I will include an image of winner of the Magrette Moana Pacific PVD watch winner ASAP. I am really thrilled that everyone is enjoying their new watches.? Congrats again to the winners, thanks again to the sponsors, and keep trying in the future if you haven't won a watch yet. Paul Picot C-Type Plongeur 48 Ben Spies Limited Edition Watch
When I first saw this new limited edition watch from Paul Picot, I thought that the logo on the dial looked a lot like something from my childhood. Check out the resemblance of Ben's lucky number 11 logo to that of GI Joe. You can't call it copying cause there is so much that looks like that. Military-esque style stars and USA colors? Never been done right? Being a fan of Paul Picot, and GI Jone, I thought I would write about it. Probably cause Ben Spies has a name that sounds like he would be a GI Joe character. I mean his last name is friggin "spies" (yes, I know it is pronounced "spees," but let me have some fun). It might as well be a verb. What exactly does Ben spy? Well the race track for the most part. The popular American MotoGP (and others) champ just might be "the real American hero" to some people. Don't forget the other MotoGP watch I wrote about here - the Tissot T-Race limited edition for NickyHayden. Most watches with "plongeur" used instead of diver seem to interest me.

Got my jubilee today!
Finally found a nice jubilee for my 16710 Pepsi! Love this look! Came to me on the 555 end links, so fit it slightly off. My AD is getting me the proper 502's so should have those soon. If you've been looking for one, just do it!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
