LIP Watches Rediscovered And Rereleased On Watchismo: Iconic Retro Future Cool
Watchismowatches-dealer, the very popular and influential watch website and blog now offers us some very special watches. For a long time, Watchismo was adept at telling you about great watches, but you'd be lucky to find them anywhere. Luckily, you can now find some right there. Watchismo offers timepieces from his personal collection, along with retro cool watches from a variety of makers. My favorite in particular are the LIP watches.LIP watches have been around for over 100 years, but you probably haven't heard much of them. They belong to the design orientated French crowd of watch makers, who always have interesting and artistic offerings. LIP's claim to fame was their clever contracting with popular designers of the day to create watch designs totally unheard of before. Two Oris watches for Baseworld

Awesome LE AP
I am shopping for my first AP and came across this watch. I was really excited for a second thinking that this was all ceramic, but it isn't. Blackened DLC steel case with black Mega Tapisserie dial, white arabic numerals, tachymeter, hands, Crown and push-pieces in the same white.I hope AP comes out with this watch in all black ceramic.

How many emblems/crowns/Rolex signifiers does a watch need....
Anyone else bored of Rolexes that shout Rolex all over the place. One of the reasons I flipped the BLNR was the rehaut telling me at every angle it was - go figure - a Rolex. And now new crown emblem between Swiss Made? Listen I get (and like) the ghost like one etched onto the crystal at 6pm for security reasons, but seriously, do we need 10+ Rolexes', a crown on the crown, at 12 o'clock, and now at 6 o'clock twice?Overkill. Just my opinion. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
