The Wearables Arrive: The Scoop on All the New Smartwatches From Baselworld 2015

This year, Baselworld proved Einstein wrong: the array of smartwatches on display proved the Swiss can be as up-to-date as anyone. Tissot Racing-Touch Watch For 2011
For the last few years we have gotten a new Tissot T-Touch style watch each year. Last year it was the Tissot Sailing-Touch, and for 2011 it will be the Racing-Touch (Racing T-Touch). Here is a sneak peak as what Tissot's new T-Touch model will be all about.Like the T-Touch Trekking, the Racing-Touch seems to be thinner in size, but I am not sure how wide (UPDATE: 43mm in steel for now). For the first time the T-Touch gets a rotating dive style bezel as opposed to a navigational style bezel. The touch-screen Swiss ETA quartz movement gets a few new features. One of them (not new) is oddly not "racing inspired" being a Tide graph. This seems to replace the "Meteo" function that was a weather predictor using the barometric pressure. If the watch is about track racing, I am not sure how the Tide function fits in, but is nevertheless cool. Here is a picture of my current collection. I am looking to add another piece and I have narrowed it down to either a white Rolex explorer 16570 or a speedmaster with a white dial. I am fairly knowledgeable about Rolex models, but not so much on Speedmasters. I am looking for at least a partially white dial panda or Paul Newman type. I want to keep cost under $4k. Buying from. Trusted seller on this site would be how I would make the purchase. Any suggestions for a model Speedmaster for me?

Visibility PP 5960P vs 5960/1A
I have decided that I am most likely going to get a 5960 for my next piece and I am trying to decide on a used P versus the 1A. In terms of general appearance there are aspects I like of both. My main concern is which sundial is easiest to read. SPecifically, it seems like the minute and hour markers are switched. For me visualization of the minute marker is most important. It is hard based on photos--- size and light etc to know which is more readable. I have never seen both side by side. The minute marker on the P version looks easier to read based on the numbers being on the larger circumference but there is more contrast to the numbers on the steel versionCan anyone give some insight.??

Would anyone trade in a 359 & 112 for a 233
I promise this is the last question from me on Panerai (for now ) My dealer has proposed an option I did not even think about. I have the oportunity to swap my 359 and 112 back to him for a 233, an almost straight trade (with perhaps a bit of cash from me to him but not much). 233 pros:It's a 233 359 / 112 pros :It's two watches,Love the 359 only features (dirty dial, full arabic numerals, fully polished in the 1950 case.),Love the 112 uncomplicated simplicity that is the opposit of the 359.Cons:Not sure I really love the 233 dial, it looks very intense in comparison to a 112 or even a 359.One expensive watch to have - servicing, fear of damage , theft etc.A real food for thought moment I suppose. The 292 Ceramica I was after is now not going to happen.
