And the point is that you get a real-live chance to experience their watches. As a sign of the Internet distribution times, Linde Werdelin is a pioneer - setting the tone for what will be the future of online watch watch buying. Parsing perpetual practicality
So folks, I'm within a hair's breadth of pulling the trigger on a Patek 5159r, the ALS Langematic Perpetual, or maybe the JLC MUT Perpetual. But I think I've landed on the 5159. Although I've collected nice timepieces for years, this will be my first perpetual.My question isn't really a help me choose query...instead more one of practicality. I travel internationally quite a bit, requiring frequent adjustment of my watch to local time. My go-to travel beater has historically been a 116710 on a Sub bracelet. But I'd like to start traveling with the new perpetual. Hence my question: how do you handle multi-timezone travel with a perpetual calendar watch? Forward and backward? Or do you just leave it at home on the winder?Thanks,RichP.S.
