Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous Ivy Minute Repeater Watch For Women
Jaeger-LeCoultre has captured my attention with the addition of the first minute repeater to the Ladies Rendez-Vouz Collection: the Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous Ivy Minute Repeater. As its name suggests,?this ivy-encrusted timepiece is of undisputed elegance C and that elegance is much more than?skin-deep. In 2012, Jaeger-LeCoultre debuted the?Rendez-Vouz Collection to?provide women the chance to own serious mechanical complications C rather than the more ubiquitous "downscaled" mechanical versions, or the usual dressed up quartz. Despite?its recent inception, the Rendez-Vouz collection already boasts quite an impressive repertoire, including ladies' watches equipped with genuinely high-end complications, such as the tourbillon or celestial and perpetual calendar timepieces.Sure, tourbillons and perpetuals are rightfully desirable features in any and all mechanical watches, but as far as complications go, minute repeaters are in a class of their own. Aqua Terra non-Coaxial? First major watch purchase
Hi, I just bought my first real watch, and am trying to figure out a little more about it. It looks like an Aqua Terra, but doesn't say Coaxial on it. Is it a non-Coax? or is it not an Aqua Terra?thanks!
My Rolex plans for 2018
Its been 19 years since my last Rolex watch, a Jubilee DJ. After reading all the valuable information on TRF I now want to create a collection. None of these watches will be flipped, they will be worn and will be earmaked for the male heirs in our family. My wife will Address the female heirs. The watches I intend to obtain are:GMT BLNRLV SubDaytona ceramic (white or black)Sea Dweller or deep Sea BlueAll watches will be acquired via an AD at MSRP.I have a strategy in place based on everything I have read on the TRF. And I have set a time frame of six months to complete the above. Will keep you informed of my progress or lack thereof. Pictures will be included when the watches are acquired. Not part of the above plan but will be in the Netherlands, Germany and England in December and will check out the ADs in those countries. I do not expect to acquire any of the above watches during this trip but you never know.
