What have you guys done to me???
After spending too much time on this section of TRF I purchased my first AP a few months ago (diver). My fiance made me promise that it would be my last watch purchase until after our wedding (3/23/13). More than anything I wanted to wear my diver on my wedding day but really didn't want to wear it on the rubber strap. I purchased a survivor croc strap and also ordered a ROO bracelet for it but was told it was a 6 month wait for the bracelet. Knowing the the bracelet probably wouldn't be in on time I did what any AP addict would do....convinced the fiance I needed a new AP as my wedding day watch. It took some pleading but on Thursday I reached out to DavidSW and this morning my new AP arrived.I think I actually might like this watch more than the diver. The fit is perfect and the way light hits the dial is just amazing. Pretty sure this will be my new daily beater....and thanks to you guys the next two watches on my list are also APs. ROO 44mm and the Millenary 4101 Wrist shotAnd
noob here... just an intro...
so my buddy said i should join these forums too... i think he wants my next watch purchase to be a rolex...but here is my current baby...i got her a month ago after a long drawn out battle with tag heuer... i originally had a tag heuer carrera that was in sent in to service 4 times... each time it came back with something else wrong (watch was 2 years old and spend 1 year of its life in service)... finally my AD just said here is ur money back please pick a new watch... so I jumped on the black bond chrono... i have always loved the bond smps but never liked any watch with a blue face... when i saw this... i was like i had to have it... so far she has been running great +2.5 each day... and is just plain sexy...so now next on my list... a Omega 42mm Planet Ocean (next month or march)... then maybe eventually a Omega Speedmaster and definitly the Rolex Submariner in 2010 when the new model is released...

I have been looking at Ben Bridge jewlers and am interested in the Mid size Aqua Terra. They are asking 2,900 for it. Is this an exceptable price? Thanks for any help
If the Gods of Patek (aka Mr Stern) read this... I dream...of...!!!
Ok i'm crazy but who knows??Mr Wonderful Stern...I've been dreaming of this watch since its presentation for the 175th. The 5575GI'm not a big collector (meaning i don't have the means yet to spend hundred of thousands on my daily desires, aka the 5970s/5270s, the 5204s, the 5370 etc)I don't have the willing, or the means, to pay double its price on chrono24.My collection is composed of only rolex (sub, daytona and iwc galapagos). But i still dream of looking everyday into this chilling moon.I still dream of which city i'll think of visiting when reading the worldtimer cities. And i still dream of those little stars that are sparkling and would make me feel a little star in the Patek universe too.i'll also tell you why acquiring THIS amazing worldtimer has a meaning to me.I'm even ready to knock on your office door to express my love to the Patek brand! I'm going to be 40 in a few weeks and I wanna reach this milestone with this incredible watch. After praying to the Gods of Patek, aka, M
