Casio G-Shock 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Lightning Yellow Watches
Along with a host of other watches Casio releases the Lightning Yellow collection for the 30th Anniversary of Casio G-Shock. As they say, they intended to capture the "G-Shock toughness" in this shockingly?vivid color, and that "this collection seamlessly combines the legendary shock resistant structure with high performance functionality." That may very well be true, but for now, the only thing I feel in this ~110 Fahrenheit summer haze is the vibrant yellow color cunningly growing on me. I really do need something cool in this (almost) melting room - and one of these just might be it!The one sporting the latest design of the lot is to the left on the image below: the Casio G-Shock GDX6930E-9. A win which Heuer felt deserved an exceptional design C and in the '70s a PVD-coated watch certainly hit the nail on the head. 2 OF 3 The latest version of the Monza re-introduces key features from the original, such as the pulsometer and the tachymeter scale, the original font on the dial, and Heuer's pre-TAG logo. However, the new Monza is best described as a combination of the original Monza chronograph C returning to its iconic black and red color scheme and adding vintage orange SuperLuminova C and the 2000
Seven Tics per One Sweeping Second
Shoot with Leica at f/8 and 1s. Enjoy!!!!
Harder to get 5711 or Daytona C?
Just as the title suggests, which do you think is harder to get?
5167 or 15300/15400
I have finally lock down on these as my next purchase. Which would be the better choice. Would love to hear your thoughts on the pros and cons of these pieces. TIA.
