Rolex is a luxury watchmaker which has been the development of watchmaking
We all know that Rolex is a luxury watchmaker which has been the development of watchmaking for many years, but this year, they presented a very rare piece that many watch collectors longing on. This watch is indicated on the image above and is called as the Baguette Diamond Cosmograph Rolex.
Anstead Oceanis Review
Back in September, we introduced you to the Anstead Oceanis, a Kickstarter watch project that managed to stick out from the crowd for being, well, traditional. Unlike nearly every other Kickstarter watch that has gained considerable attention, the Oceanis was developed with traditional watch enthusiasts in mind. It shares a strong military aesthetic, is designed with practicality and versatility in mind and manages to squeeze in some quality components like sapphire crystal,?Super-LumiNova and a Seiko automatic movement, all for $399. We were really excited to receive an Oceanis for review a few weeks ago, and to discover just how successfully Anstead has turned its Kickstarter project into a reality.Case: SteelMovement:?Seiko NH36a automatic with 24 jewels at 21,600 bphDial: BlackLume: Super-LumiNovaLens: Sapphire with antireflective coatingStrap: Leather, SiliconeWater Res.: 300mDimensions: 44 x 51mmThickness: 14.3 mmLug Width: 22 mmCrown: 7 x 5 mm screw downWarranty: 1 yrPrice: $399
Another clock thread...
Took these pics on the weekend but didn't get a chance to resize them until tonight. Package was sent to me from Hong Kong to Toronto, so there were a few extra photos of the unboxing required. I'm also hoping to acquire a few more of the same to put together different time zones. Looking for 3 rather than 4 though (even though I'm not superstitious!). Thanks again Roger :).
Inventory Syndication
it would be nice if there was a website that listed the available watch inventory similar to what Autotrader does for cars.Wouldn't this make more sense than having customers resort to calling around various ADs ?Can't patek do this on their own website? Showing eta's of various models etc?
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication
New black alligator strap for my 425. Thanks for watching enjoy the photos!
