The material in question is a carbon fiber-based material that's made by layers of CF filaments (no more than 30 microns thick) in which each layer is at 45 degrees to the previous one.This is something that comes from the world of racing yachts, which is really where there has been a lot of innovation in the past few years coming up with lightweight materials that can stand up to the stresses of sheer speed, and the forces coming from the wind and water. They told me the delivery of this watch would be around fall of this year so the count down has begun...But does this sound about the right time frame?Also, I've been hearing different answers from different ADs and boutiques about the exclusivity of this blue dial 15450st.Some are telling me that the 15450st blue dial is only boutique exclusive, some are saying that the blue dial 15450st has been discontinued, and some are saying that they are not exclusive to only boutiques.Does anyone have any info on this?Much appreciated.
