2003's Swatch James Bond 007 40th Anniversary Collection Of Watches
This is a slightly older collection (from 2003), and the reason I talk about it is because Swatch plays an important role in the new James Bond Movie: 007 Quantum of Solace. Further still, there will be a new collection of Swatch watches dedicated to the 007 villains, all to celebrate Bond's newest villain; Dr. Swatch. Hello all. I am in the market for a chronograph and one of the sellers I like is offering a vintage rose gold breitling 777 premier 2 register Chrono at 36 mm. I do not know the line but was immediately attracted to it. Anywhere I can find some info about this model, vintage breitling in general, things I should look out for, etc? The Explorer II 16570-3186 Is it considered rare?
I've been offered a white explorer II 16570 with a 3186 movt and the jeweler explained to me that it is a special watch coz it was produced in limited numbers and it have the engraved bezel. I declined the offer coz I'm not a big fan of the Exp-II. After getting back home and reading about it, i started thinking that I might buy it as an investment if it's gonna be considered rare in a few years. What do you guys know about this specific model? Icould it be a good catch?
