Stowa Flieger Review
By putting out exceptional timepieces and providing some of the best customer service in the business, Stowa, under the helm of J?rg Schauer, has built up an unshakeable reputation within the WIS community. Schauer, who acquired the struggling company from the founding Storz family in 1996, recognized the inherent beauty of the brand's heritage. As such, he envisioned Stowa's current lineup by looking to the past, bringing back into production modern versions of Stowa's historical timepieces. Among the watches to return was the Flieger series. In 1939, Stowa launched production of their flieger (pilot) watches for the German Luftwaffe (air force). Incoming...AP Diver
Just purchased a brand new AP Diver, special thanks to Takuya for a smooth transaction and great customer service. I started wearing it yesterday and I noticed its running about ~+12 seconds in 24 hours. Is that normal? Should I be concern or just monitor it for a few days before sending it to AP Clearwater for service? My 15400 is running much more accurate.

DaytonaC Replacement Value Appraisal for Insurance
Greetings allI've tried searching for an answer to my question to no avail, so forgive me if it's a topic that's already been discussed. I need to have my DaytonaC appraised for insurance purposes (via State Farm), but given that the market value is significantly higher than MSRP, I'm concerned that an AD wouldn't provide an appraisal that reflects a fair replacement value. Am I correct in this assumption? Have any of you had a 116500 appraised for more than $12.4k (perhaps +tax)? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Also, any recommendations for appraisers in the NYC area would be very helpful. Thanks!
