Inspired by the instrument panel of Lauren’s legendary 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic, this piece evokes the exotic yet purposeful aesthetic found in the cockpit of a car many regard as the finest gentleman's sport coupe of all time.Many great automobiles of the 1930s made lavish use of exotic materials for their interiors, yet the Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic Coupe stands apart. Its dashboard features beautifully grained wood and perfectly balanced, ultra-legible white-on-black instruments and gauges that instantly convey needed information. This dashboard inspired the new Ralph Lauren Automotive Chronograph. Hi folks,Not an AP owner yet...This watch came up in a local sale website and no information was given other than an asking price. Can someone here identify the watch and model number so I can check it out? I don't know if it's a fake or not so please be gentle. I do very much like the look so any help from experts here is appreciated.I would also appreciate a ballpark figure for the value and service costs as it could be an old watch.Many thanks!

Opinion: looking for SS Daytona offered TT
I have been looking for a SS Daytona but the only offers I have, is to go on a long waiting list. An AD who have dealt with in the past has offered me a choice of two TT Daytona. One with the black face with gold secondary dials and the other with a gold dial with black secondary dials. I am far from knowledgeable on watches. My question is, would a TT on the resale market be worth at least the same as the SS?
