Watches NEWS
AP straps: standard vs short on long length
Hi, the perfect fit for my is in between two holes. From the watch head end the third hole is just too tight. I can put it on but after an hour it need to be moved to the fourth hole. However, the fourth hole leaves the watch moving too much on my wrist. It won't freely turn all the way around my wrist but close. RDV in Toronto doesn't have watches fitted with short and long straps, so I can't simply try them on, so I'm left begging for answers from other AP watch owners. The perfect fit for my is the middle hole on a 44mm 1950 Panerai gator (just a reference)Thanks,EverettAP 15710 DiverSent from my iPhone

Two tone or not to two tone
I bought my Zblue last May and got 18% off. I know those days are long gone. I want a 116622 Rhodium dial but im guessing my AD may only give out 10% on it but the TT 116621 I can get 20% off. This only leaves about 1k difference in the final price for me on upgrading to the TT. The question is- Does the TT take a larger hit on the resale market say 8-10 years down the road as compared to a SS of the same model? I heard that TT models are harder to sell and the return when selling isn't as high. Any basis to this?
Pictures on Manuals
Somebody posted a picture of a Sub he just got with all the manuals and reminded me of something I'd been wondering: at what point did Rolex get rid of the pictures on the manuals (the diver on the sub, the explorer on the explorer, etc)? I have no idea why, but I love those pictures....just curious. I was about to ask on the other guys thread but didn't want to hijack his new Sub awesomeness.
