Full Rose gold Royal oak chrono black vs Rose gold black roc on strap
How many of you guys upgraded to the Rose gold roc on bracelet after owning a rose gold roc on strap? Does it make more sense to purchase a full rose roc on bracelet and then purchase a separate strap if wanting to interchange between bracelet and strap? Heard that buying a rose gold bracelet for a roc can cost around $25k. Is this accurate?Does the full gold roc hold value well?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1456627023.187843.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1456627042.454941.jpgSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Spontaneous Hulk buy and possible temporary regret.
So, let me start by saying the hulk was on my eventual shopping list. I had every intention of buying a dd36 (champagne with sticks) this year. This past week I was given the opportunity to get a hulk from my ad, so I jumped on it. I'm not going to lie, I knew I eventually wanted one, and got caught up in the hype of limited supply and it being discontinued, and all the other stuff I know I should not let swing my decision. The punchline is, I'm not going to be able to afford the dd36 this year. Now that the dust is settled I'm a little disappointed I have to wait at least another year to be ready for the DD. The hulk is awesome, but I was zeroed in on getting my grail. I know this is probably one those quit your crying moments, but I'd be curious what others would do. Do I dump the hulk and get the DD now, or enjoy the hulk and wait another 12-18 months for the DD (that is of course if life doesn't get in the way)Thanks for listening to me vent about this non-problem. After Christmas, Reduced Demand?
What do you think, has the demand for Rolex watches reduced or will it stay high for the Sports models? Is there a difference between new and used demand?
Expedited service at RSC?
Does anyone know if it's possible to expedite service at the RSC? I ask because my 1 week old Sub needs to be serviced since it's running at -7 sec/day. My AD will cover the shipping costs to RSC since it's a brand new watch (but will not replace it), however, I'm not happy with losing 4-6 weeks. Can an AD request RSC to expedite servicing?
