Pebble Goes Circular with the Pebble Time Round
Be warned, we are talking about smart watches, so if the topic is not your cup of tea best to move on. We are going back to the OG of smart watches, Pebble, which has finally come around to being round. The aptly named Pebble Time Round takes the brand's flagship smartwatch, the Pebble Time, and puts it in a round case, catching up to other popular round smart watches like the Moto 360 (which just released new models) and the LG Watch Urbane among others. Does the round case make the Pebble any more appealing? Let's take a look and see what it has to offer. The Pebble Round Time takes cues from the Pebble Time housing the same smart watch features into a 38.5mm round, steel case. At first glance it is clear that the 38.5mm does not count for the display as a large chunk of the dial real estate is chewed up by a large bezel leaving a smaller area for the screen to show off the Pebble's features. The bezel comes with some color choices, depending on whether you buy the women's or men's ve
Introducing The Montblanc Heritage Chronomtrie ExoTourbillon Minute Chronograph, Available In Two Dial Variants
We recently introduced you to Montblanc's Heritage Chronométrie Quantième Annual Calendar, one of a number of recent releases that highlight the brand's capabilities in watchmaking. Not only is Montblanc making relatively affordable, complicated timepieces, but it is also digging into its Minerva roots and applying innovation to movements. For such innovation, look no further than the new Heritage Chronométrie ExoTourbillon Minute Chronograph. 2 OF 6 The 18k red-gold case of the Minute Chronograph is 44 mm wide. Yes, that’s definitely big, but there’s also quite a bit going on in this model. Finishing and decoration on the dial are top-notch, with faceted applied indexes and lanced hands in red gold. The top two-thirds of the dial are dedicated to traditional timekeeping, with a sub dial for the date positioned beneath the base of the hour and minute hands. Two ivory-grained, white-lacquered chronograph sub dials are positioned on
Llc?
My good friend and I are going to each get a Roo this Christmas. He is getting panda, me, the first offshore, the beast. He is actually my hair guy (sounds more manly than stylist) so I see him every 3 to 4 weeks. The plan is to swap watches often because we both love both. My though is to set up an llc so we can add more in the future and each chip in for insurance, maintenance etc. Has anyone done this? I'm a lawyer so sometimes I over think things but I assume you cant let someone borrow your 20k watch and have it be covered if they lose it when they borrow it 6 months a year. Thoughts
flightmaster 911 on Omega Mesh.
Took this off the original and put it on a nice old Omega Mesh.A bit of tropical happening to the sub dials, main part has gone from black to a bit grey.Although, according to another thread, it may just be uniform water damage.
My newest addition...
Rarely seen in the wild...Picked this up in Nice last week....What do you think?
