AP retailer did lose my warrantybooklet!
Hello guys,A few months ago I did send my AP to the APSC trough a official retailer. I gave them my warranty booklet and my watch. PpNow, after 4 months the watch is back in a little green AP shipping box and I’ve picked it up at the retailer. The warrantybooklet was missing also there was no brown pouche (that you get after a paid full service). They said that APSC will try to look for the booklet and if it is lost they will come back on it and “solve” the problem. As far as I know, AP doesn’t provide the warrantybooklet the second time! What can I expect and what can I do?
Omega X-33 Titanium Speedmaster Gen2 Review
Ahhh, it's good to be back. I've been greatly enjoying my near-mint, complete, Second Generation Omega Speedmaster X-33:A handsome watch that is so functional, yet subtle . . . practical, yet exotic . . . and overall, it's just so very legitimate . My backstory: I owned a Gen1 X-33 in the past, but at the time I didn't fully warm up to its less integrated looks. I sold it. But I talked up the watch so much, that a good friend of mine bought one for himself; a Gen2, and every time I saw it I kicked myself that I should have one. I missed out on this one a few weeks ago, due to my own sheer inattention. But I ended up being able to purchase that same watch from its buyer. Now, I'm really glad to own this very nice example (serial number 5.9 million), and I'm looking forward to enjoying it!So -- what do I like about the
Just realized my Panerai dream today: 2 Marina Militare, 217 and 82 "Shadow" watch
This post is from the very excited, practically in a transe, and incredibly proud owner of my No 1 and 2 most wanted Panerai wish list, I purchased today 2 watches, the 217 Marina Militare destro, the 2005 limited edition of 1000 pieces, which I think everyone here knows, but more interesting is the Pam 82 Marina Militare shadow case watch from year 2000, here is the definition of Panerai Shadow watches:It became Panerai practice not to create a prototype series that were numbered. Although the Panerai family did number their prototypes, the Panerai company changed this practice when Richemont took over the family company. In the first couple of years under new ownership, the company would create a new model (most were similar to pre vendome models) and make a handful of these watches. It is said that 4 to 12 pieces of a new model were made. These pieces were shown at new product development meetings. They were given to executives within the company, one of the few authorized dealers o
