When You Must Travel With Lots Of Watches And Have Servants, Piaget Is There For You With the Collector's Trunk
I had an opportunity to experience these watch trunks from Piaget a few months ago while some Piaget representatives where in San Francisco at a watch show. I was impressed that the company had these enormous custom made watch cases fit for a passenger on the Titanic. What I didn't know was that enough people would declare "I want one," sufficient for Piaget to go out and produce enough of them for sale to the semi-public. Well here you have it, the Piaget Collector's Trunk is surely kit for a king, or any other manner of royalty (price to correspond). These are very high quality watch cases, that you can travel with. Is this an original?
Hello members,My first post. First of all, thank you to the mods and members of this site to help bring together a great community of WISs.I have just purchased a pre-owned Omega Planet Ocean 42mm 2500 calibre movement. I know it's a little too late ask this now, but wanted your opinion on its authenticity. I have no reason to believe that the watch is not authentic, but it's my first (and hopefully many more to come) big watch purchase and it'd be nice to have your confirmation. What do you guys think? Should I get it checked by an AD for authenticity? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Adding Links on a Speedmaster?
I'm looking at adding a link to my Speedy. In looking at the links there are arrows which I'm assuming is the direction you push the pins out. I'm again assuming you put them back the way they came out. Is there a trick to doing this, I can't find any link with instructions, or should I take it to a watchmaker and pay the $20????
