Hey guys, I'm new here, so I'm thinking about buying RO 15400 black face or RO 15450 white face, I really want something like 15202, but they are overpriced, and 15450 seems to be close, seller said that 15400 fits me better, and I like black dial! so I really can't choose, my wrist is around 7 inch and here is the photo of diver's fitting on me! My AP Clearwater Service Review With Pics
I recently needed to send my SS AP ROO 44mm in for warranty work. I dealt with Lindsay at Clearwater from the beginning. Very nice and very professional. The problem I had with my watch was a tear in the rubber strap which has never happened to me before on any of my rubber strap ROOS.. Even more weird is it was happening on the very last hole and I don't wear my strap on that hole. So I contacted Clearwater and sent some pictures. They said they need to see the watch. I was told If it's not covered under warranty, then I will have to pay for a $100 shipping kit (which covers shipping round trip) and I would have to pay something like $400 for a new rubber strap if I decide to replace it at that point. Defect here:I explained to Lindsay I have had the watch for only 1 year, it does not have 1 scratch on it, literally brand new condition, being it doesn't find much time in my regular rotation... Pre own AP Black Theme buy decision
Just want forumners opinion if this pre own AP is good buy? I have attached some pics. The asking price is usd15000. When I saw watch it was on a leather strap. But dealer selling with bracelet. Before I buy I would like to know model code number, what series, is it worth the asking price, is it the latest model 26470ST any new info, what about see thru back?I am new to AP so my knowledge is poor. Non-Rolex Watch Trade Question
Seeking the advice of knowledgeable WIS, and thought I might get more brand neutral advice by asking this here as opposed to a Breitling or Omega forum.There are two watches that I intend to get in the near future: a Rolex Explorer II or GMTIIc (not sure which of the two, as I love both and see pros and cons to both) and the new PO GMT (because I like POs and find the 43.5 mm watch is the best size available, and looks great with the darker bezel).On the other hand, since I'll be getting a Rolex 4-hander, a GMT PO may be overkill. Which takes me to today: I am selling a mint 1-year old Breitling Chronomat 44, with full set and warranty, to fund these watch purchases.I am offered a straight trade for a LNIB, never-worn Omega Planet Ocean 42 mm. I am seeking your advice as to the values of the watches in that trade. MSRP on the Breitling (with in-house B01 movement) is $8960. To my knowledge, it's difficult to get a warrantied/full set in-house Breitling for much less than 25% discount.

Any chance Rolex comes out with a 41mm Oyster Perpetual?
I really like the Oyster Perpetual face. Basically a Datejust with no date. The clean look really appeals to me. But I'd like to see it in a larger format.So, Rolex pros, any thoughts or rumors that they'll produce a 41mm version?
