IWC For Prada Ref. 3708 Limited Edition Watch Available
I've often thought it odd that Prada is of the few luxury fashion brands out there that doesn't a nice watch collection. I mean they do have some branded watches, but they are nothing special. The brand is really missing out. This IWC watch is the next best thing, and is a damn good looking IWC watch based on it's GST series (whose case later made it to the first Aquatimer watch series).This is a very rare IWC for Prada limited edition watch that was released several years ago. There were only 2000 pieces, and they are hard to come by today. The original price was something like 8,000 Euros. This one on eBay is in basically mint condition and going for about half that. I'd like to think that this watch would look damn nice with an all black suit right? The movement is a modified ETA Valjoux 7750 that has the seconds counter removed to give it a cleaner bi-compax layout for the subdials.?? Just a simple question. I'm hesitant as I recall I loved the way a Rolex 16570 white looked on the forums. I was in love. Went to AD with cash in my pocket, tried it on and blah. Didn't work for me at the time.So, I'm just curious how many, if any, had bought a Patek without seeing it on your wrist first.

Hello all,I have been reading all of the recent posts about the 5960/1A and am pleased to hear a number of them are being delivered. I have to say that when this piece was introduced back in the spring I didn't think too much of it, but I was able to see and touch one last week. The watch is absolutely incredible, and I've found I can't stop thinking about it!! IMHO this has to be the ultimate all around Patek and the dial is just awesome in person. The only thing I'm not especially crazy about is the bracelet, however it seems more comfortable than those on the 5711/5712/5980 etc. I've been fortunate enough to have owned some beautiful PPs, and currently have a 5970G as well as a 5164A which is a daily wearer for me. I recently sold my 5235G due to the fact the watch just didn't sing to me. I would much rather somebody else get the opportunity to own and enjoy it rather than hoarding it, as to me wearing the watch is the point of owning one in the first place. Which brings me to the p
