Probably because these watches epitomize the ideal and I love it. Influenced by Jules Verne's classic 1865 novel "From the Earth to the Moon" (plot: big gun shoots American and French man to the Moon), the watch even houses an actual piece of rock from the moon (found on Earth). There are two models of the Jules Verne watch. First is the Instrument 1 "From The Earth To The Moon" watch, and second is the Instrument 2 "Around The Moon" watch. RG 44 vs new all-ceramic 44
Thinking about selling my RG 44 and eventually purchasing the newly introduced all ceramic. I think if the new ceramic was in the price range of the FC 44, this would be an easier decision going from precious metal to non-precious metal. Thoughts?In all events, I will be keeping this one:

I have a chance to purchase a Seamaster and was curious to how well Omega stacked up to Rolex in customer service. Can I expect almost the same dependability from Omega that one can expect from Rolex or something different? Thanks!

So one of my ADs has a 326933 they got in today and I can buy it. Its the black face.I'm first on the list for a blue face at another AD and thats the one I really want (think I will get that in January). So should I buy the black face? Think anyone would trade me a 116500 for it?
