HYT H2 Aviator Watch
Some people just don't get HYT watches. They struggle with reading the time from the "fluidic" hour indicator. For some, the new HYT H2 Aviator will make little sense, because aviation watches are traditionally the most legible and uncluttered of all. But this is not a pilot's watch: this is a modern timepiece that draws inspiration from a design code that, thanks to its fundamental simplicity, is open to interpretation. The HYT H2 Aviator is a dressed-up version of the HYT H2, in the same way that the HYT H1 Air, released earlier this year (check out the review here), is a version of the H1. We've seen the fluid-filled bellows, angled in a V-shape before; we expected the prominent balance and balance bridge to ornament the dial at 12; we could have staked our lives on the yellow/green liquid that encircles the dial making an appearance. What we maybe didn't see coming was the complete redesign of the minute hand, the addition of large, legible numbers to the face of the watch (on a flo

An indicator of power-reserve in the 03 adds balance to the image. Hours, minutes, and the reserve of power are displayed directly on the main plate, which serves as the dial. Shows readability is enhanced by its Grand spiral (or snailed) black finish or rhodium, which makes the indicators literally glow, while alternating polished finish and brushed satin that adorn the 43 mm steel case showcases her figure to perfection. A case of Sapphire Crystal return reveals the refinement of the mechanical movement ML156, decorated with Grand spiral in the tradition of the most beautiful of Swiss watchmaking.
Thoughts on Patek Philippe Calatrava 6000R?
I was looking for a gold watch.5196R was on top of my list. When I went to AD and try on 5196R they also bring up 6000R.Oh man,I was shocked by it's beauty. When I check though Calatrava line by catalog ,I wasn't impressed by 6000R.Modern vs classic. Both are 37MM.Can I have some suggestions on this? Thanks in advance.

D5, exhale........
Gents,Here she is, a wait since 7am 3/16/16. Here's my story. So, I've owned many many many BNIB sports Rolex from ADs, ss and pm. I HAD two preferred dealers that HAD historically taken care of me. I had a significant history with each. Then, it happened, both my key salespeople left the stores. So, I Became yesterday's news and kind of been the forgotten one. Tried several techniques like pester them, ignore them, ask for managers all etc. , all to no avail. They were each ok with feeding VIPs (which I kinda thought I was.....there is ALWAYS a bigger fish) and feeding me excuses. So I did what any determined TRFer should do but is often too lazy to do. I pounded the phones to call new dealers all across the USA. It only takes one, and it worked, black dial obtained within three weeks of initial contact. So now, back to pestering the old firms and asking about white. Same BS and frustration off the charts. So here comes .....white, from the cold call AD 11months after re
