Only one authorized dealer in D.C.?
Hi all, I was looking trying to confirm an authorized dealer via the Omega website for the Washington, D.C. area, but only found the Diplomatic Duty Free Shop listed. Is it possible that Omega's list on their website is incomplete or that a certain highly recommended AD lost his status?I'm trying to do some due diligence before buying. Thanks!
Granada, Spain sports models
In Europe and want a sports rolex? An AD in downtown Granada has a true treasure trove of SS and TT models, and some PM. On mobile and can't upload pics but they had almost the entire catalogue in the window save the hulk, batman, ss skyd and daytonac
Explorer 2's Future
Seems like model changes are coming more frequently across the Rolex lineup of late. The current model Explorer 2 has been around since 2011. Based on that, what changes do you think might be in store for the Explorer 2? The most popular on TRF seems to be a move back to 40mm. Any outside the box thoughts? Precious metal version? Two-tone? New dial color?
116710LN power reserve not great after service.
Hi all,I purchased a new 116710LN in 2008 (with much help from the membership here!) and it has served me very well on a daily basis since.I recently had it serviced by Rolex in London but since it's return (about 6 weeks ago) I've noticed that the Power Reserve seems to be performing very poorly e.g. I wore it from 07:00 to 23:00 Mon to Fri and left it on my bedside locker Friday night through to 14:00 on Saturday as I was playing golf (so using a GPS watch) Sat morning and when I went to put it on at 14:00 I noticed it had stopped 11:40 which is about 1/4 of the Approximately 48 hours the Power Reserve is supposed to last per the Rolex specifications. Could this just be a function of the service and it will somehow loosen up and regain it's previous performance which was never quite 48 hours but would definitely last 36 hours of non use without stopping? Should I be manually winding the watch daily to ensure the Power Reserve is full and if so how long should a wind be? Is there a
