Back from SPA - Seamaster Professional Titanium
Hi guys, I have recently sent my trusty Seamaster Pro Titanium for service with Swatch Group Malaysia. The reason was that it was running out of its usual range of precision and was also out of COSC. After approximately 7 months, I have it back on my wrist, running like new. The reason it took so long was that apparently they had to order some parts from Omega Switzerland. Below are the components changed during that service. It comes with a 2 years warranty from the date of collection which is pretty standard I think. Here it is on its Red leather Omega box. It came back from Spa in it. It is now running on an average of +3 sec per day on my wrist. Overall satisfied with the service. This is a great watch. It is lightweight and is certainly a 'stealth' watch, probably because of its gun metal color and that it sits close to the wrist. The lume is fantastic in the dark...just look at the sword hands. Question about Rolex Day date 18238
Dear Wonderful Forum Members , i newly start collecting watches and i had been in love with the day date watch, was lucky to award in Ebay Wood Dial for day date i checked and it fit both 18038 and 18238 models with both 3035 and 3135 movement but i dont know which year the wood dial came in Day date so appreciate if any one can tell me which years Day date came with Wood dial? then i came to another seller who was selling18238 day date but without Case back , it is E serial belong to 1990 so i thought ok let me get it for my dial , now i have few questions and appreciate your help :1- FOr the case back :does any Date just SS case back fit for example the 16000 serial for date just 36MM can fit as temporary solution till i allocate original caseback either by AD or reseller ?2- does any one have any idea how much it will cost me approx to get it either from reseller or Rolex AD ?3- does any member have any caseback 18000 or 18200 which can fit my DD 18238 . Thank you
