gentlemen, Ive been starting to look at RM lately, but have never owned one. qualities that draw me to the brand are of course aesthetic design, open worked movements, curved case, movement manufacture backed by AP, the light weight, and that fact that its no longer for sale :)who has the best RM forum and any possibility of opening a RM forum here? looking for feedback from owners as far as reliability and value and models the black RM 055, especially the Asia edition with gold highlights looks amazing

Why RC Rose Gold rather than Ceramic Bezel?
As per the rhread title, why do people tend towards the rose gold rubber clad rather than the ceramic bezel'd offshore chrono model?I think the ceramic looks much better, particularly given the hour markers...

Patek Lovers,I was reading the thread on 5712 vs the pilot and it got me thinking...The 5711 has appreciated to the point where I can see a dealer getting close to doing a one for one swap (maybe a little out of pocket for the 12)The 5711 is a special piece but I just can't fathom why one wouldn't want to take advantage of this references'spike.What do you guys think?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
