Certina DS-2 Limited Edition Watch With High-End PreciDrive Movement
Recently, Certina has equipped some of its DS-2 series of watches with its PreciDrive high-end quartz movement?and sent them to battle for a slice of the slowly but surely expanding high-end C or, if you like, high-accuracy C quartz watch segment. There are myriads of different requirements a watch is rightfully expected to meet, but if it is to justify its price tag, it must do at least one of two things. It must either be a truly fine example of what has gone before, or it must possess a saleable quirk into which the marketing department can sink its fangs. We're used to seeing whimsical novelties in the field of mechanical watchmaking, as each year, tens of millions of dollars or more are poured into the discovery, production and refinement of new materials and mechanisms in search of an edge over competitors. How Negative Comments Can Help Boost Sales Of Watches
If you are a brand owner or someone that sells a product, you are going to be very sensitive about what people say about you online and in comments to reviews. Of course, it is only an issue when there are negative comments, but they feel strongly enough to
My first Breitling - Aerospace EVO Night Mission
It took awhile to realize that this is the perfect travel companion that I have been looking/wishing for....1. Dive watch look and feel2. Dual time zones3. Light and thin4. Alarm!5. Grab and goThe original military strap looks awesome, but per the service centre lady, the lining material is leather. Could someone share if that's indeed true?
Gettin' the band back together
I've been fortunate to spend time with many fine watches over the years, but there are only two I regret letting go. My 50th Anniv. Submariner LV, and my Speedmaster Pro.Well, I got a call from my AD today telling me my new Speedmaster Pro has arrived, and is safely tucked away for me until I can get down to see him this weekend. Soon, my Omega duo will be united again! *Speedmaster pic is my old one
HOT TT DJ 41mm - Jubilee or Oyster???
I am having trouble working out which bracelet is better on this model. The Jubilee is very comfortable, and it goes well with the fluted bezel, but on the other hand it doesn't have the concealed clasp and it seems to be thin and less robust than the Oyster bracelet. The Oyster bracelet is solid and the solid rose gold centre links stand out well to match the fluted bezel and cown. Please help me decide...DJ41JubileRS.jpg DJ41OysterRS.jpg
