70's Retro Done Well: Louis Vuitton Tambour Diver Watch
It is easy to find the style of the 1970s unappealing. Despite the fact that it is "coming back," (from what I hear) it was an era of too many browns, too much synthetics, and too much hair. One thing however that the 1970s encouraged was large size. Big hair, big cars, big pants, and big watches. Especially the diving watches. While many of these things are coming back, so are big watches. 40mm cases are now considered small or average, and most watches, which matter, are approaching 44mm or even 50mm (and larger). are available for the 44mm ?I have the platinum 44. I wear the blue gator and my back croc. I have a black rubber but would like to try a different rubber - maybe blue, maybe white, how about a blue/white rubber?What other rubber options are available?Thanks,Rob

Hi to you all. I have a cherished 3 year old Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean, it has started to look a bit scratched on the matt finished bracelet. Is it possible to have it re-buffed by a professional or even Omega to retain the matt finish but at the same time removing the scratches too? Your wisdom is most appreciated.

all you manual guys? im leaning towards making the 372/422/423 my next purchase. (one of them). would be my first manual and pam. so say with the 372 and no power reserve, do you just wind it every day? all the time? when you remember? also, is it like most autos. 35-40 turns to full wind?thanks
