Would really love to know the price for them in Paris, as i am visiting during the next month, also London prices are much appreciated. I need to compare our prices with thier prices and see where is better, any advices are appreciated, i will get VAT refund over there so i guess it should be good. Thanks!
I love the Moon on my Wrist!
Meet the newest family member of the family, an Omega Speedmaster Professional! (3570.50) This watch has been growing on me for a long time. The more I saw the versatility of this watch with different strap options the more the bug grew. On my last trip to Vegas a few weeks back the guy next to me on the plane had one on and I thought it was very good looking in person. And when I learned the Speedy Pro was a 42mm watch unlike the other 39mm Speedy's I've ownedit was time to grab a Speedy Pro. I had been missing out on several that had come up and fortunately I caught one posted up only 2 hours and locked the deal up. I absolutely LOVE my Speedy Pro Moon!
OK, the Omegas are growing on me...
It has always been a cherished brand for me, perhaps because my father and mother always wore Omegas (still do), but there were always some design aspects that kept me from buying. Until now, I think...So I visited the Omega Boutique on during lunch today. I already talked about my favorable impressions of the Speedmaster 9300 on a separate thread. I've always had a week spot for the Ploproof but quite never had the guts to pull the trigger, but then today I thought I'd give the Planet Ocean 8500 42mm another look. And I was very pleased, dare I say, smitten by it.I recently sold off my SubC, reason being that I have the old Sub and the DSSD, so I don't really need that bad boy as well, but moreover, I feel like the redesign has Rolex on the wrong track. The bezel in combination with the glossy dial just makes the darn thing too shiny and blingy!? The oversized lugs created a boxy designs that just doesn't speak to me. And there is no hiding from the fact that when I go to an office m
Aquanaut date wheel sticking
Looking for an opinion here. The date wheel on my 5167 Aquanaut sticks from time to time and doesn't roll over fully. Making a minor adjustment to the date will fix it and it works fine most days. I'm not sure if there's a pattern but I think I've noticed this happening around the 17-18-19th of the month.Questions for the forum: 1. Is this a known issue with this movement? 2. I still have time on the warranty. Should I send it in? Only hesitating because Patek says it will be 5 months if work's needed.
116600 bracelet
Hi GentsI cant find this answer online. Does anyone know if the bracelet from a 116600 new sub would fit on a new Airking? The Airking uses the 71200 bracelet which has a different reference. Please can anyone help? Many thanks
