I֪ becoming a minimalist
Had the chance to pick this one up and couldn’t resist. It’s a thing of beauty. I actually like it more than the skeleton.
Any one want to trade
I have an xs black rubber strap for 44 ROO, anyone want / need an XS and want to trade for a regular length one. Mod's sorry if this sould have gone in classified.
Garage sale treasure
Now, I am not usually keen on garage (yard) sales, but on Saturday whilst collecting my morning paper from the shops, I strolled past a house in my district which was having one and I couldn't resist a look. The attached photo's are the result of that curiosity, a nice vintage Seamaster 300 C 1967/8 for very little outlay. It is running and keeping good time and really just needs a service, new seals etc. and the crown will need replacing too since it's none original, but apart from that I think it's a good original vintage piece, with nicely aged lume. I wonder if I should have brought a lottery ticket that morning too
Rolex OysterQuartz Presidential
Hi there. My name is John. 34 years young and have started to look at Rolex's. I am in the market for a nice affordable time piece. I recently stumbled across this completed auction https://m.ebay/itm/263464143702#vi__app-cvip-panelThe watch looks very cool. Doesn't look like the dial is original to the watch. Seems to be solid 18k including the band. Never heard of the Oysterquartz and wasn't even aware they made a quartz. Is this a decent price one can expect to pay?Does this watch run on Battery?Excuse me but my knowledge is very limited. Any help is much appreciated and welcomed. Thank you in advance for your reply's.
My wife and I are blessed to have these. Thanks to DavidSW
