RG 26320 Questions
These have really piqued my interest as of late (26320 PG). Ultimately I want to purchase a RG on bracelet - does it make sense to purchase it on a strap and buy the bracelet later (do they even come up for sale)? Or the other way around - buy the deployment and strap after? What do the deployment clasps / bracelets usually run? Finally - what is a good price to pay a 26320 on a strap or bracelet in the second hand market? I see them under $40k on a bracelet and $25Kish on a strap- what do private sales usually trade around?Sorry for all the questions! My ROO Panda is getting a little large and see no wrist time anymore- so looking to swap!
15300ST vs. 15202ST Jumbo (blue vs. blue)
So, I have to admit that I am a complete embarrassment and a fool that I had no clue about the Royal Oak and ROC line until 2017 (And I call myself a watch collector??). After seeing my boy Howie's 26300 blue, I was completely mesmerized by the case, super fine details, the gorgeous blue and was just blown away. While I am a few years late to the party, it is better late than never. I was lucky enough to source both 15300St and 15202 Jumbo and wow... they are just superb pieces and so enjoyable in their own ways. I probably will wear both for a while and see which one jives better and stays. So far, I prefer the thickness and bracelet of 15300 but the darker shade of blue on the 15202 dial is just absolutely sexy. Yes, the cal 2121 movement is awesome to check out too.2 new (late) entrants into the collection that have pushed all the Rolex aside and yes, blue is the new black

Absolutely blown away by this piece. 15300!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
calibre p.5000: good, average, bad?
Hello everyoneI'm looking to add to my collection (have Rolex, Omega and Tag), specifically a manual wound watch. I'm considering adding a speedmaster or a 8 day Panerai with the p.5000 calibre. The speedmaster movement is proven and basically bullet proof, while there are a few people who have in the past complained about the p.5000.For those who have the p.5000 movement, hows it been? Any issues? Am I better off with a Panerai with a 3 day eta (same PR as speedmaster, easier to fix perhaps?) I like the idea of an 8 day PR, wind it on Sunday and forget about it till the following weekend. The other option is a IWC, JLC or the Panerai with the JLC 8 day movement I suppose. So, what say you?
