Today it's been 10 years since my Mother passed. In her honor, my Diver and I came to eat some real authentic Mexican food at my favorite hole in the wall place here in Chitown.I had Totopos con Salsa Negra (chips with black salsa), Huarache de Bistec con Queso Fresco (corn masa flatbread with refried beans, steak and fresh cheese), Taquitos de Chorizo y de Chicharron en Salsa Verde (Mexican sausage and pork rinds in green sauce tacos) and to wash it down, a freezing cold Bohemia beer.
