AP ROO RC confusion?
Just picked up a ROO RC with the white face. I was told by the AD that this was the brand new model 2013/2014. When looking online on the AP website the only Rubberclad model pictured is the black face with white dials. Can anyone confirm the difference. I was under the impression that the RC came in both the black or white face. The model number I have in the owners documents is:26940SK.00.D002CA.02.A
5980 Black or Blue?
I think the blue dial is infinitely more interesting and beautiful than the black dial, but I'm convinced the black dial will match just about everything I wear. The blue dial seems like it will really pop with the right clothes but clash more with the wrong outfit. I'm looking for thoughts on this to help me decide which dial for an every day and only sport watch. I searched the topic expecting to find thirty or so threads like on the Rolex Forum (daily white or black dial Daytona/Explorer II ;)) but can it be I'm the first to ask or care? (doubts it). Thanks in advance for the advice, or the redirect to the same topic if I missed it somehow, or apologies for another boring question! :)
Am I getting a good deal?
After collecting for some time now I think a base model Panerai would compliment my collection nicely. I have the opportunity to buy on eBay a J serial 112 it has some scratches but the seller claims it was recently serviced. I figure I will send it to my local jeweler to get a nice polish. It doesn't come with box or papers and he wants $3,555 considering this is a watch from 2007 is this a good deal?
Rolex Date 1500 with logo at 9pm
I've seen this Rolex Date 1500 for sale. Forgive my ignorance but can anyone tell me what the logo is at the 9pm position.
You know youre in trouble when...
You grow out of your watch case. I'm just a bit afraid to get a bigger one because then I'll feel the need to fill it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
