Urgent...ROO LOVERS AND EXPERIENCED OWNERS PLEASE OPEN
Hello friends, I am relatively new to AP and wanted some feedback. I plan on purchasing a new AP Offshore Royal Oak and it's come down to three choices;1.) Panda dial ROO2.) Safari (classic)3.) Black themes 2014 (new model with clear case back)Of all the AP ROO that I have seen considering my taste and budget it's going to be one of these three. I prefer the classic safari over the new, that new safari dial just doesn't do it for me. However the new black themes (2014) with red stitch strap is appealing and of course the Panda is an absolute beauty. My questions for you fellow AP ROO lovers are.... do the Safari and Panda wear the same as the new black themes? Which one wears the largest on the wrist? Which of these 3 do you think will hold it's value the best and be regarded as more of a classic? As an everyday watch you can dress up in a suit or rock casually which would it be?Most importantly, of the three which one stands out as the absolute BEAUTY topping the other two models?Your

PO troubles
Hi GuysUnfortunately my Omega PO 42mm has suffered the stoppage issue for a second time having previously been repaired back in 09 under warranty.I would ideally like rid of the watch but don't know where I stand legally regarding refund or replacement. The watch is still under warranty as Omega gave my another full 3 years from the time of the first repair. I understand they will probably want to try and repair it yet again, but I really have had enough now. Thanks for any input/advice.regardsRich
Patek Philippe Quartz
My wife saw a watch at our local AD - the Patek Philippe 4920. Problem is, it's a quartz - and a lot of money. Is a quartz ever worth a lot of money? Your opinions, please.
Back into the modern era, just...
Ever since trading off my Daytona and Hulk as part of a trade to get my holy grail watch (among other things), I've been longing for the sturdiness of a modern Rolex dive watch.I felt my pulses go up when the SubC ND came out, but then it was too close to the Hulk that I let go. It was a slightly different case when the SD-C 4000 came out. However, I felt it was more of a design variation of the SubC, rather than something technically superior like the DSSD, so couldn't justify spending the money. On one eye, I have been closely monitoring the 5 digit dive watch market, the 14060, the 16610, and of course the 16600. I was quite decided, that it was either going to be one that is a very early model with a weathered look and patina, or a near NOS last of the series release before Rolex went full-on bling with the ceramics. But the fact that I already have a 5513 from 1968, pushed my decision towards the Last of the Mohicans of the modern era pre-ceramic tool watches. As I was searching the
