Hamilton Below Zero Chronograph Diver Watch Freshens Up Below Zero Line
There was a lot of controversy over the three-handed Below Zero watch that Hamilton released within the last year. I spoke about it here, and suggested that it had a subtle art deco styling. A good deal of people disagreed, while many saw exactly what I was talking about. I didn't realize a little bit of art deco was something to disagree over. Suffice it to say that the original Hamilton Below Zero was an acquired, or at least subjective taste. Now Hamilton is about to release the chronograph version of the Below Zero watch, and have made more changes than expected. Other than the addition of the chronograph via an ETA Valjoux 7750, check out the subtle changes all over the case and dial. You'll notice that the case has been "de-avant-garded" a bit. The bridge between the lugs has been removed. I actually liked this bridge a lot. It said "Hamilton" on it and look edinteresting giving the strap a nice integrated look. Bond Seamaster 300
So I know there have been a lot of discussions here about this watch.I bought one and I love it. Barely any nods to bond and as one guy noted, if you take off the nato and use another, there is nothing at all that shows a reference to 007.All that said, that is not the point of the thread. A comment about snoopy on the Rolex side made me think about LE editions really being LE and what Omega is currently doing. So I started looking for this one. And I could only find one available....It was 15k. Wth.Now, Omega has been really good lately about stamping out grays and discounts. If that is the case, their LE watches really will be worth a lot, I would imagine.Anyone else out there able to find a Bond 300 at list? Or even a used one under list?
Will the strap fit?
Question, does the brown rubber strap of the 5167r fit a 5167a?Has anyone done it? Any pics?
Will we see a Coke Bezel WG GMT II C?
I am thinking Rolex may do this as early as next year. My reasoning is they will pump the r and d into the wg model and it seems eaiser to produce than blue and red. Perhaps because of this it would never be ss but we know how safe that is.If they do so would you buy it?
Apologies in advance: 100% confirm/deny Jubilee and Oyster interchangable on Pepsi?
Sorry I've been searching the forums looking for this answer. I've seen mentions of it, but I'm not sure if anyone has been able to 100% confirm or deny that the new GMT with Jubilee can be interchanged with an Oyster. If anyone knows and is 100% sure it'd be greatly appreciated.Thank you
