Omega Cufflinks
Hey guys,I just wanted to share something really cool with you guys. I took a trip to the NYC Omega store for fun on Saturday, and my fiancee surprised me with cufflinks for our wedding in June. She's the best. I just wanted to share the pics with you guys because they are so awesome.
PP 5990/1A Is it worth it?
Hi guys, need some help here. I first saw PP 5990/1A about a year ago. Immediately fell in love with it. But I ended up getting 2 other PP instead. 5712/1A and 5164/1A. Silly me, thought I will feel complete with these 2 watches. What do u guys think bout this piece? Is it too much to a SS? For that $ there are lots of choices out there. Do you think it's weird to have 2 Travel Time watch?
Incoming!!!!!! My 2nd Patek !!!!
Thanks to all the enablers and eyeing this watch on TRF (and even trying one on at the GTG) I now own my 2nd Patek! I was just making a routine call/ check in to my local AD to see if he had gotten this watch in (it's never in stock) and low and behold, one had arrived this afternoon. I hurried down to the dealer and tried it on. I was planning on waiting until the fall or Christmas to purchase, but once it was on my wrist there was no way I could leave without it. Will it affect my Panerai to wind it with the lever closed?
Is there something negative to wind up the watch with the lever closed? Wears the crown at the top? Wear it on the lock stock roll? Will it affect the water tightness by tearing the gasket with the crown in the depressed position when I wind it?
