Clerc Hydroscaph H1 Watch
Here in the watches-dealer watch dungeon, we are currently putting the new for 2013 Clerc Hydroscaph H1 watch through our rigorous watch testing procedures. So a hands-on review of the H1 will come in due time, but until then we'd like to share the news about this new three-hand version of the Clerc Hydroscaph, which is the H1.There will likely be a few versions of the H1. This is the steel model with a really lovely metallic blue dial. I wouldn't have thought that a bright green trimmed minutes hand would have worked, but it does. The 44mm wide case is typical Hydroscaph with its unique design and patented rotating bezel locking system (that unfolds like a little winding key). The crown design appears to be new and is rather interesting.Inside the watch is a Clerc caliber C609 automatic movement that is a base ETA with special decoration and is partially viewable through two smaller sapphire crystal caseback windows. Hi guys, is it true the blue dial chrono is only available at boutiques? if so what would be an appropriate discount to expect?Also have heard you can sometimes get a table clock thrown in, has anyone had any experience with that?

I really love the looks of this Planet Ocean with the orange dial and the orange threaded black leather band.The only question I have is how will it really look with my everyday attire? I normally wear jeans or Dockers to work and was wondering if this watch is really out of place? Not so much with the jeans, but as a business casual watch.Your thoughts? If you have any photos of your wearing it with jeans or business casual attire I would appreciate seeing them. Somehow I wonder if the orange would just be too much.

Different Nautilus dials
