Does anyone happen to have the email address for AP CEO Francois Bennahmias? I'm not selling anything. I would just like to write him an email about the AP watches I own. Steve Jobs and Bill Gates always read their own email. I'm hoping that Mr. Bennahmias does as well.
Speedy with sapphire crystal and exhibition back
Hi, I have a chance to pick up a Speedmaster at a decent price. I've always envisioned the classic Speedy to have a Hesalite crystal with a solid case back. The one I can buy has the sapphire crystal with the exhibition case back.Just wondering what the perception is of a Speedy in the above stated config.Thanks in advance!
What is the Panerai to get?
I'm starting to like the looks of Panerai very much. I would like to start doing some research on some models but need some direction. What Is the bread and butter for Panerai? Kind of like sub for Rolex... Is it the Pam 000, 111, 112? Which ones have the best resale incase I want to move on to another piece. I was also worried about the date/cyclops, but like someone mentioned, it is rather unobtrusive.A special shout out to Patrick (Ocrolexguy) for such a smooth transaction!
Rolex submariner - I finally brought my dream watch today
Hi guys,Just brought a brand new Rolex submariner from my local AD and I love it.What do you guys think?Ps. Sorry for the grainy photos I tried uploading much sharper ones but it kept telling me the file size was to big or the dimensions exceeds the limits.But regardless, so happy I finally got myself a Rolex. I don't think I'll ever take it off lol.It's flawless, the AD told me that you can tell the quality of a watch by putting it to your ear and the quieter it is the better. In a silent room with the watch right on my ear I can't hear a thing. Don't know how true his statement is but I know the cheap autos I've owned in the past have always made a loud tic toc sound.I love the double etched engraving on the rehult and the lume is fantastic. Anyway just wanted to share this with you all as I'm now part of the ROLEX club :)
