Alright guys,I have seen a few threads like this on other forums and they always turn out to be awesome. Today I went to my AD and tried on the Super Ocean Heritage in both 46 and 42. Definitely prefer the 42 with the diver pro strap. They only had the black bezel version, and I was looking for the green bezel. They are supposed to be calling my today with a delivery date. I ended up choosing this over the Omega PO. I will make up my mind once I see it in person, but it certainly is calling too me. I have been a Breitling fan for years but never owned one.Anyone on here have one and want to share their thoughts?

I really like the weight of the watch - but I can't stop wondering whether it would look better on a strap. Brown or black, alligator or no alligator - what do you guys prefer?
Do you authenticate your Patek if not bought from the AD?
Just wondering how you guys go about it.Would you pay the Patek Service Centre to Authenticate the watch? Or do you have a specific way to be sure yourself?I know it is hard to replicate such a detailed watch like the Patek, and surely it should not be hard to know when wearing the watch, looking at the dial, the case back movement, etc.Also wondering if all Pateks have the Serial number visible on the case back?Surely matching that with the papers is the way to go. Doubt that can be forged.What do you do generally when purchasing from another seller?

Were there two different versions of the metallic platinum dial on the SS Plat YM? If so when was the change?
