Girard-Perregaux Creates Ermenegildo Zegna Centennial Limited Edition
2010 marks the Centennial year of Ermenegildo Zegna, one of Italy's longest standing family-driven enterprises. Four generations of the Zegna family have directed the company's activities and created a global brand with stores in eighty six countries. To celebrate this anniversary, Zegna is launching a limited edition watch created by Girard-Perregaux. The edition is limited to 100 pieces, available exclusively in the Top 20 Ermenegildo Zegna flagship stores worldwide. This centenary watch expresses the Ermenegildo Zegna style while maintaining the spirit of a Girard-Perregaux. It also pays homage to the Zegna’s origins, as Angelo Zegna, the father of the founder Ermenegildo, was a watchmaker by trade. The newest watch from German Archimede is the Outdoor. It is an evolution on some past designs and fits a very specific purpose. To understand the Outdoor you need to look back to a watch that I believe was the thematic influence for the Outdoor, the Timex Camper. These are meant to be outdoors friendly timepieces that are easy to read and durable. They are not meant to be much more, and sit in a sort of functional minimalist category.Size is 38.5mm wide in nice looking lugless steel case. It is rather thin at just 10.6mm thick. The case and watch is meant to be light for a steel watch. According to Archimede, the watch is 120 grams on the metal bracelet, and 70 grams on the leather strap. This is for active people don't want a heavy watch and don't want to wear a plastic watch. I hope someone can help me. Does this Speedmaster have a display back? I can see the medallion on the back in pictures but I've also read that this model has a display back.Can an expert or owner clarify?MTIA!

Sizing braclet
Do most of you size your bracelet with more links on the 12 o'clock side or on the 6 o'clock side? My new Seamaster is presently sized with 6 links on each side and it is a bit snug. Do you suggest adding the 1/2 link on the 12 o'clock side or the 6 o'clock side? TIA, Bill P.
