Introducing The Bremont Boeing Model 247, A Chronograph Containing Real Aviation Technology (Live Pics & Pricing)
Few brands have modern ties to aviation as authentic as Bremont. The two founders are both pilots themselves, the company makes watches for military and stunt pilots around the world, and even the name is the result of an emergency landing executed by brothers Nick and Giles English during a flight over France. Now Bremont has paired up with American aviation giant Boeing to create a special collection of watches that take advantage of materials developed in Boeing's UK-based Advanced Manufacturing Research Center. Today we'll introduce you to the collaboration as well as give you a hands-on look at the Model 247, one of two watches to launch this new collection.? 2 OF 7 Boeing has never given its name to a consumer product like this before. Sure, you could buy model Boeing airplanes and maybe a t-shirt or baseball cap, but nothing like the Bremont Boeing watches. It might have been easy to execute a simple branding exercise, but neither Bremont nor Boeing wanted to go do
AP ROO 44mm wearability
Hey Guys,I have 6.5 inch wrists and wondering if I could pull off an AP ROO Chrono. I have a PAM 233 which is borderline too big and I hears the ROOs wear a lot bigger due to the integrated bracelet. Do they also wear significantly bigger than the AP ROO Divers? Any members happen to have a 42mm and 44mm side by side photo? I attach a few wrist shots for your reference. Thanks as always and I would appreciate your comments and wisdom. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The NYC Boutique today!
I stopped in the NYC boutique just before having to leave for the airport to come home. They have a number of the new ROOs on display. They also have some of the new ROs in the back. I asked to see the new Gray/blue titanium platinum. I admit it is beautiful. They told me it was 42,600 or 42,900 ( I cannot remember) so a little less than the 44K but still quite a premium. IT was heavier than I expected. I started looking at the date window that as mentioned in the past threads was a little off center. Did not bother me too much but I can really see how it might affect some. Well the point is they have a number of the new releases in as floor models and if you are interested-- just ask if not on the floor. I wish i would have had more time but was a tight schedule.PS I meant to mention--- the larger chrono subdials are noticeable and I like that. I do not mind the smaller seconds hand sub dial but I generally preferred having the numbers present. Cannot have everything

Latest and only Rolex I have left in my watch collection...
As I have been on Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet as of late, I finally got my hands down most favorite Rolex I have ever owned to date.
