Introducing The Bremont Wright Flyer, A Limited Edition Containing A Fragment Of The World's Fir
Bremont has created some pretty special limited editions in the past, including the Codebreaker (containing material from Bletchley Park) and the HMS Victory (with oak and copper from the eponymous warship). Today Bremont unveils what might be the most ambitious watch they've produced to day, the Bremont Wright Flyer. Not only does the watch contain (according to Bremont) the company's brand new proprietary movement, but it also contains an actual piece of muslin from the wing of the Wright Flyer, the world's very first airplane. Seriously.?Honestly, Bremont is the only watchmaker that could pull off something like this. As if launching its very first in-house movement wasn't enough, it has to put a piece of the world's first airplane in the watch for good measure. Speedmaster in Oslo...
Just got back from a cruise of Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea. Upon going through my pics, I almost forgot I had taken a pic of the time as we were pulling into Oslo, Norway... at 7:40am. What a beautiful city.
Incoming...a first diver's and a first Tudor!
Not that I go diving. I don't even know how to swim. But I think would be great for Florida- soon to be home! This is what someone would call an impulse buy. But love it. My first Tudor and pretty impressed by the qaulity. Being the sister company, the box design is the same as Rolex! The snowflake hands might take a while getting used to. But the bronze case and the leather strap looks and feels awesome! Gives it that vintage look. The brown bezel is great. The inner case ring has this copper sublte copper tone to it, which makes it unique. The quality of the watch is comparable to the Rolex. Except it doesn't has those little things. Overall a great watch and value for money and something completely different. Sent from my ONEPLUS A5000 using Tapatalk
