Silly question...
My brother just bought an Omega Speedmaster Pro and is scared to go swimming with it because it has no screw down crown and is only rated at 50 meters. I say you can swim with it, nut he won't believe me and wants the pros here to chip in. Thanks

Advice on a watch for a 75 year old
My dad turns 75 this year and to mark the occasion I'm thinking about giving him a decent watch.I can't decide whether to give him my GMT, or would it be more age appropriate to give him a TT Datejust?

Rolex on weekends only
I recently purchased a Submariner and now have some questions. I am only going to wear this watch on the weekends and potentially some days to the office (when the boss is not there ) . Should I wind the watch and set it weekly, when I wear it? I don't want to cause damage to the crown and tube threads. Will it be better to get a winder and have it on the winder for when I wear it a few times a week, but not every day?
