Vacheron Constantin Launches The Ultra Complicated Reference 57260, Plus Multiple Drop Dead Gorgeous New References At Watches & Wonders 2015
This is shaping up to be an absolutely astonishing year for Vacheron Constantin. Even without the Reference 57260 (which we covered for you here, and here, and here) it would have been an impressive year for VC just on the basis of its new Harmony Collection (which, you might remember, we looked at here and here, and which we also covered in the latest installment of Three on Three). But then, they dropped the Reference 57260 on us – and now, at Watches & Wonders in Hong Kong, they’ve give us even more. Let’s start with a watch we fell in love with the minute we saw the pictures: the Historiques Cornes de Vache 1955. The name is just one of the many things that sound better in French; it means “cow’s horns” – and the watch is pretty much a solid, unadulterated dose of horological pleasure. Initial Impressions: Techne Sparrowhawk II
*Check out our full review of the Techne Sparrowhawk II here.?The Techn Sparrowhawk II is a watch that we've had on our radar for sometime, starting when the brand showed an early video of the watch's unique meca-quartz movement in action. There are a few reasons why we were so enthusiastic about the watch that we think our readers will be enthusiastic about it too.For one thing, the brand itself is fairly young, having been founded in 2009, and has a very different philosophy from other brands out there, a philosophy that worn&wound can certainly get behind. They believe in smart designs that blend function, history and strong aesthetics. They use movements and manufacturing processes that demonstrate a passion for innovation. They promote sustainability and good labor prac

How many half links on your sub C?
Got my LVC yesterday and this was the first watch I have ever received that didn't fit me with all the links still intact. It was just too big.I got a LB Brand new from AD last week and fit perfect. LVC didn't. I noticed the LVC has one more half link that the LB does not have. Any LB's out there have more then 1 half link?Any LV's out there have less then 2 half links?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
