A few years later, Burberry started using ambassadors more prominently and people like Cindy Crawford, Martina Hingis, Pierce Brosnan and Anna Kournikova have been repeatedly pictured in the Burberry catalogs wearing Constellation watches.

Are Seamaster 2252.50 and Speedmaster bracelets the same?
I have a 2252.50 Seamaster Professional 300m that I bought new in 2008. I also have a Speedmaster Pro moon watch that I bought on TZ around the same time. I haven't worn either one in years, but I pulled them down from the closet a couple of days ago. My wrist (like the rest of me, alas) is a bit bigger than it was in 2008. I'm not seeing an extra link in the Seamaster box, but I found one in a small plastic envelope in the Speedy box. The bracelets look identical - are they the same, i.e. could I add the extra Speedy link to the Seamaster bracelet? I also have a Railmaster from the same era that came to me on a leather band with an unused steel bracelet - that also looks the same, I wonder if I can have the shop mix and match so I could wear the Seamaster on the new bracelet?Thanks for your thoughts.

Question for owners of 5711 and 5980
Hello all,I have a question for owners of both the 5711 and the 5980. I currently own a 5711 and love it but have found myself obsessing over the 5980 (steel w/ blue dial). My question is would it be redundant to own both the 5711 and the 5980? Are there any here who own both? If so, do you find yourself wearing one more than the other? I'm fairly new here to these parts of the Interwebs, more of a long time lurker, recent posting convert and I know the SS Sport shortage situation has been beat to death here recently, but this is making my face hurt. I have convinced myself that what I really need in life right now is a Datejust 41 or two. I prefer to at least start with the ADs and see what they have and what they can are willing to do. I have 3 that I have dealt with for a few years. I buy a watch or two every now and then and stay in reasonable contact with each. For that matter I have a HUGE deposit with one of them for a paid in full white Daytona C and a partial on a watch to be named later (think, no dream, Coke C GMT). All three ADs quoted me full price on a DJ41. Today one of them sited the current sport model shortage as justification. Generally, I consider myself an easy to get along with sort, fairly amusing from time to time, I'm pretty serious about my watch collection (all three ADs know this), a
