La D de Dior Watch Has Amazing Colors
Love it or hate it, I think that this women's watch by Dior is rather beautiful. While not something I would wear as a man (duh), I enjoy looking at it a lot. Called the La D de Dior Color, the whimsical watch has a stunning assortment of colorful stones on the dial and bezel. It is hard to deny that the rainbow style look is not artistic. It is also a complex creation, requiring the detailed selection of many stones types, colors, and size. You can see more details below on that. The 38mm wide case is done in palladium (similar to platinum) and contains an LVMH group mechanical manually wound movement made by Zenith. Dior indicates that the watch can also be made in 18k white gold. Really beautiful as eye candy and as art. diorwatches-dealerTechnical Specifications from Dior:The La D de Dior - 38 mmNumbered (No. 1)Housing:Palladium white gold set with diamonds 210Crown set with diamondsBezel set Paraiba tourmalines, emeralds, tsavorite garnet, yellow sapphires, garnets spessartites, sp
Thinking of trading my TT bluesy toward ROO
Some of my Rolex buddies will probably think this is crazy but I have an excellent condition (perfect condition actually) TT Bluesy submariner 116613LB that I think I can get $10,300 for (two gray dealers offered me $9500 for it) and use that toward buying a brand-new AP Royal Oak Offshore chronograph. My only concern is the bezel of the AP looks like it is the ultimate scratch magnet. What do you guys think? Is the movement in this AP dependable? Who has them and really likes them? I would absolutely have to sell the submariner to help finance the AP. Thanks!!
Thinking about a speedmaster to round up the collection
Does anyone own one of these in their collection? Until recently, I haven't thought much about Omegas but once the speedy bug bit, I can't stop thinking about it. I have a 36mm DJ and a BLNR so I am looking for something more every day and I'm wondering if the Speedy Pro will fit the bill. Would like to get some feedback from the owners.(Not my pic)
Speedmaster Pro CK and Moonphase anyone?
So can't get my mind off the Speedmaster Pro.Am I out if my mind to consider the CK edition and the Moonphase edition? Or stick to standard Hesalite? Also been looking at Co-Axial edition too.Totally confuse here. This watch picking business is stressful :)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Rolex uk seem to have introduced even more rules......
Rolex are doing what they can.... But it stings I got a call today from UK Rolex AD I've dealt with numerous times. My name had come up for consideration for a white dial Daytona 116500ln - and so it was passed to rolex to consider for an allocationApparently this is the way rolex UK want it to be done now, what with 7 year waiting lists in place for some models in some stores!!! And I suppose to cut the supply to the secondary market.... I suppose it seems like a reasonable idea... Right?Well, I'd I'm say not to totally happy with this new process actually!!!!The upshot of having got to the point of being considered was to be told infact that rolex said I couldn't have one!!!!The reason - was that last year I purchased a black dial Daytona, (from a completely different AD), and allegedly ; it is new policy to help with waiting lists, that only one may be purchasedThis is true, and my AD didn't know.... So rolex had indeed passed on this information from their investigation of
