Giveaway: Marvin M107 or M103 Automatic Chronograph Watch
I am very excited to bring you a special watch giveaway here at aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer. This month you can enter to win your choice of either of the above two mechanical chronograph watches from Swiss Marvin watches. These are the Marvin M107 (in the rectangular case), and the M103 (in the round case). I actually reviewed the M103 here - and it is really a great watch. I wanted to offer either of them because they have same Swiss Valjoux 7750 automatic movement inside, and are very close in price. It is up to the winner watch model he/she prefers. What more can I say? These are two excellent timepieces, with a movement that no watch lover should be without in their collection. The Marvin M107 retails for $1,860, and the Marvin M103 retails for $1,790. I anticipate this being a popular giveaway, so enter below with your best response. To Enter You Must: 1. Diver Dimensions help
Hi guys,I'm deciding between the diver and the ROO FC as my first AP but needed a few dimensions. Tex was kind enough to do a few for me regarding the Forged Carbon. By any chance would someone here be able to tell me the dimensions of the diver parts highlighted by the 3 coloured lines on the borrowed picture below (thank you original poster of the photo)? It would be most appreciated as it will give me a better sense of which watch to buy in the next little while. Thank You!!!
New incoming
Hi folks,Posted about a week or so ago about the Aquanaut seducing me into buying her while I was out shopping for my Rolex GMT BLNR. Well, I've nearly got her - it has been one of the longest weeks of my life. I bought the watch last week but can only collect it when I leave the country since I bought it duty free. I'm leaving tomorrow! But I visited it yesterday to get it sized and get a pic (obviously). Erred slightly on the large side when it came to sizing. I'm keen to wear it a bit and see how it feels and then finetune the last segment or two myself. Funny story: I strap it on to try and and look at the face - only to see the watch running and the date 'stuck' halfway in the date window! My mind went to all the sticky date window threads! I looked a bit harder and noticed the time was at 12:01 - so just changing over. Happily by 12:03 the change was done and the date was as it should be. Paranoid much! I am spending too much time here. LOLMore pics to follow once I officially ha
