Yet another Incoming Thread. First AP!
Was set on a 44mm novelty panda for a long time due to pricepoint and perceived value. Obviously these are more of an emotional purchase so I ended up with this... Will try for a novelty later on.Also I come from a Panerai 372 which I absolutely love and still have, would a rubber strap be too weird on this watch?
Just in! Seamaster 300!
Was in the process of sourcing a movement to build a 300 when a fellow forum member made me a deal on this 300! It's on a Hodinkee leather strap. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1416878212.362989.jpg

Good Afternoon friends and family! What are your thoughts on new Liquidmetal as far as collectability... I know retail is $5700 if you can find one. Is it worth it? Just trying to get some feedback... Thoughts apprciated
Pam 312 Hour hand not hitting the Markers dead on after two trips to Service Center
Hi All A while back I told you all about a friend's 312 which spent 3+ months with Panerai service center to address the hour hand not hitting the markers dead center at top of the hour. This was after the first month-long round trip to Panerai where *nothing* was done. The watch came back as it was. Well it's back from the shop and apparently up to old tricks. Now granted his seconds hand was not on the 12 marker in his photos like mine were...but what do folks think. Take a look compared with my watch...A clear issue? Unacceptable??? Opinions?I realize Pams are not the most precise due to dial layout, but what do you think? His:Mine:
Need advice on adding to collection..
Hello guys and gals,I am relatively new to this forum, and to Rolex, but have found this site very informative! My current collection consists of: - YM 40, 2 tone everrose with chocolate face- SD43 with red lettering- BatmanMy AD has a 2 tone SkyDweller with white face. I'm sort of of intrigued by this watch, in that it has a month display, 72hr power reserve, and it is a little more dressy. My AD also has a date and no date sub, and a GMT 2 tone with blue face and blue bezel. The GMT has 48hr power reserve, which I assume is an older movement.Any suggestions? Thanks!
