New from Parmigiani: Two Wristwatches Inspired by the Past
Parmigiani Fleurier has unveiled two new limited-edition wristwatches inspired by antique pocketwatches from a collection owned by Parmigiani Fleurier's parent, the Sandoz Foundation. Both wristwatches are part of Parmigiani's Toric collection. Find images, prices and wallpaper inside. The pocketwatches that inspired the new wristwatches are on view in New York at the well-known vintage-jewelry and Russian-art gallery �� La Vielle Russie. They are part of an exhibit called Mechanical Wonders, featuring 50 pieces from the Sandoz Collection, and running through Nov. 26. Watch lovers will be familiar with many of the items because they are normally on view at the famous Mus��e d'Horlogerie in Le Locle, Switzerland. The first new wristwatch has unusual telescopic hands that get longer or shorter as they rotate around the oval dial. It was modeled on a pocketwatch from the early 19th century, also oval, with similar hands. The new watch is $95,000. There will be 30 pieces in rose gold and

So how many straps is enough for one Panerai??
Curious how many straps is enough for a single Panerai watch????? As far as color and style, how many will cover all the looks from rugged casual, diving, to black formal?? I am starting with multiple buckle shapes and colors that will work into a strap system of different colors and textures. As much as passion leads to a strap purchase, I want to at least have a plan of attack to logically put together a system.

Saw today on the internet by a dealer an Serti Dial for an GMT Master IIAs seen on the image this Serti Dial is for 16718 model.The dealer told me that this dial is for the 16718 model from the period 2000 until 2005.I have an old catalog from 1999 and there is also model 16718 describe.I love the dial, it's for sale for 1750� only must I find a watch from the period 2000/2005 or can I buy a watch from an other period?
