Review: 9 iPad Apps for Watch Aficionados
Though tablets such as the iPad arrived on the market just a few years ago, it is already difficult to imagine our lives without them, and the world of apps that complement them. But have you ever thought about how a tablet app could help you choose your next watch, or even help enhance your passion for watches in general?Well, we have. Here, we offer you our evaluations of nine apps from major watch brands, explaining their major functions and presenting positive and negative aspects of each one. (All the apps are available in Apple’s iTunes store.)Audemars PiguetThe app from Audemars Piguet, based in Le Brassus, Switzerland, allows access to the brand's entire watch collection, with photos of all the models from various angles, and includes technical information about each of AP’s calibers.Other options include a store locator; the most recent videos produced by the company; updated brand news; and a built-in watch function with a minute repeater synchronized with the exa
ROC Questions. Anybody Have A 1.5 Link?
Where did you get it? Also, am I correct in saying that a link cannot be moved from the six o'clock side to the 12 o'clock side and vice versa? The links do not appear to be symmetrical. Thanks in advance.
Speedy Pro 3873.50.31
I have been interested in buying a speedy pro for a long time but never really researched which watch would best suit me. I'm pretty sure I will go with the sapphire sandwich with the croc band and may go out today to do some pricing. Generally speaking, what percentage off list should I be looking for or around what price should I have in mind so I don't get scammed by an AD. I am pretty unfamiliar with purchasing an Omega so any advice would be appreciated!
To everyone that has dealt with PASC
Been reading more and more horror stories about PASC and it is honestly starting to get to me... I currently have 5 PAMs (including one that belongs to my wife) and I've been fortunate so far that I haven't had to send any of them in for service yet. I'm almost dreading the day that comes... Just wanted to do an informal poll here to see what the experience with PASC has been for the people that have had work done by them.
New font on Submariner dial?
Hello guys.I need you guys opinion. I am not a Rolex expert so I am still confusing about this matter.I just got a new Sub no-date from my local Rolex AD today. What I found is the difference of dial fonts. I compared it with the picture of my old Sub no-date (early 2017).The letters in ROLEX and SUBMARINER on the new one become bold and different font as you can see the two pics as below. And f in the ft letter and = mark is different. This is the old one I had. This is the new one I got. What I am concerning is if my watch is not 2018 one. Or all 2018 Subs have the same dial font with mine? The AD said the watch is 2018 brand new one and they just received it from Rolex. But I have no idea any dial font changes in recent Subs.Any advice will be truly appreciated. Thank you for taking your time to read my post.
